Striving in the City Soiree - Annual Benefit 2012 Casino Night
The annual Striving in the City Soiree benefit sets the stage for programming for our next year of providing services to children with cancer.

"Ensuring Quality Emotional Support for Children with Cancer and their Families.."
2nd Annual Striving in the City Soiree to benefit Striving For More, Inc.
In the twinkling lights, you could hear the music and feel the excitement abound at Mirage Night Club in Raleigh, NC.
On April 14, 2012, over 150 Striving For More supporters gathered to enjoy an evening of food, drinks and fun, all for a worthy cause. Throughout the evening, Mirage staff replenished a tasty buffet of sushi, Italian food and decadent desserts.
Patrons took part in casino games and a silent auction with items ranging from fine jewelry to tickets to sporting events. After the gaming tables and silent auction wrapped, Ben Farrell of Custom Benefit Auctions entertained the crowd with an exciting and competitive live auction that even included a cooler you can ride!
To capture the memories of the evening, a photobooth was provided by CC Photobooths of Raleigh.
After the final tally, Striving for More raised $23,000 to continue funding emotional and spiritual support programs at UNC and Duke Pediatric Oncology departments. These programs include: the Chemo Duck Program, Beads of Courage, Digital Art Therapy, Triangle Childhood Cancer Support Group, Adolescent Support Group and many more.
