Flocking Roles & Responsibilities
There are three major roles involved when Striving for More flocks someones home in response to a donation.

Flamingo Central
This role is filled by one person. This person accepts the flocking orders and assigns it to the appropriate OUTPOST depending on the area of the Triangle that the home is located in.
Outpost
This role is filled by multiple volunteers, spread out across the Triangle.
Each OUTPOST is responsible for:
- storing the flamingos and finding volunteers to perform the flocking and the removal of the flamingos when they are given an assignment by Flamingo CENTRAL.
- printing a color version of the "You've been Flocked" flyer and placing it into the back of the sign.
- counting the number of flamingos that they are giving to the Flocker to make sure that it is the correct number to be placed.
- providing a map to the with the correct address and directions of the location to be flocked and the DATE to be flocked as well as DAYTIME or AFTER DARK
- notifying CENTRAL when the flock has landed at each location
- notifying CENTRAL when the flock has been collected from each location
Flockers
This role is filled by multiple volunteers, spread out across the Triangle.
Each group of FLOCKERS are responsible for:
- picking up the flamingos from the OUTPOST
- placing the correct number in the specified yard at the appointed date and time (hopefully without getting caught by the victim).
- removing the flamingos from the yard within 48 hours of placement. This is important or we can be held legally liable for not meeting our written commitment.
- counting the flamingos as they are being collected to make sure that none is missing (if there are any missing, please notify the OUTPOST)
- ensuring that you have collected 1 body and 2 steel legs for each flamingo
- collecting the sign
- returning all materials to the OUTPOST promptly if you do not have instructions to flock someone else immediately.
